Our policy lasts 30 days and MUST be done via email to If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange, credit or refund.

To be eligible for a return, you MUST email your request and the item/s must be unused and still in its original packaging. It is the customers responsibility to organise the return of any such item/s. Once the product is then received then a credit voucher will be issued. We do not refund for change of mind.

If your item/s is received with minor damage or faults then a warranty claim will be activated after we have receive an email to with a picture and a detailed explanation of the issue. Once this has been assessed then a repair or replacement will be granted depending on the assessment outcome. If the item can not be repaired or replaced then and only then will a refund be granted. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
